Whilst books may be a wonderful resource for finding out about techniques and applications of self-hypnosis, there is nothing to beat experiential learning. This is the quickest way to discover for yourself how to reach a deep level of relaxation and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

Self-Hypnosis Courses and Workshops
Learning with others is an excellent way to build knowledge and understanding. Working in a small group means you can compare experiences and support one another at every step. So you may like to get together with friends or colleagues and I will be happy to provide a self-hypnosis course or workshop tailored to your areas of interest or particular needs.
The aim of the course is to teach participants to really relax, to become more pleasurably aware of the world we live in, to appreciate and enjoy life more, to gain greater self-confidence and to become happier and more contented in themselves. NB. These courses are designed for those who are interested in exploring hypnosis or with mild symptoms. For more severe symptoms the greatest benefit will be gained from individual bespoke hypnotherapy.
